Who We Are
The IPFW Center for Healthy Living Campus Clinic is owned solely by IPFW since 2013. The clinic helps to better serve the students, staff, and community members. We work alongside the Wellness Center on campus with different campus events and programs to promote healthy living within the college as well as the community. Appointments are scheduled on the basis of availability. Walk in, urgent need, visits are taken as time permits.
We encourage visitors to call ahead at 260-481-5748 to schedule an appointment. Our goal at the clinic is to best serve and treat our patients in the kindest, most timely manner possible.

What We Do
We are a nurse managed clinic consisting of three Nurse Practioners, a Certified Medical Assistant, and two nursing students. Our services include sick problem visits, chronic disease management, minor injuries, yearly wellness exams, women’s health yearly exams, and physical examinations for athletes or different department programs. We can do multiple types of testing, if deemed necessary by the Nurse Practioner, including sexually transmitted infection (STI), strep throat, HIV, influenza, mono, urinary, and pregnancy testing. We also vaccinate for influenza, hepatitis A and B, HPV, meningitis, tetanus, MMR, varicella, and shingles. Tuberculosis skin testing, allergy injections as well as drug screens are some other very popular items completed here at the clinic. We check blood pressure and weight for those wanting to keep track and stay on top of their health. We partner with Labcorp and Parkview laboratory for laboratory testing with the ability to draw your blood onsite if ordered by the Nurse Practioner or an outside Physician.
What We Charge
Fees are assessed for office visits, medical procedures, ancillary services, prescriptions and supplies. We recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to your visit to verify network participation, benefits, co-pays and deductibles specific to your plan before seeking care. Claims are submitted to insurance plans weekly and processed according to your individual plan. Ultimately, you are responsible for charges not covered by your insurance plan. Cash, check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or HAS cards are accepted for payment of co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles or non-covered services.
